In this permanent role, you will be the driving force behind our continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our governance and safety management systems are not only effective but also aligned with industry best practices.

This role covers key activities including:

- Developing and editing policy/procedures/audit tools, maintaining compliance (auditing), developing reports, and leading self-assessments and accreditation preparations.
- Collaborate with the business to provide expert advice and coaching on internal audits, policy/procedure development, and accreditation preparations.
- Lead and support investigative processes, such as incident reviews and complaint responses, to drive positive change and enhance client outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and accreditation readiness across the organization, identifying risks and supporting legislative compliance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum - A relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma level to Bachelor) or relevant and commensurate experience
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A thorough understanding of quality frameworks and risk
- Experience with quality assurance activities including internal audits
- Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Experience in a compliance, auditing and quality improvement role
- Passion for improving processes and services.
- Proactive, a self-starter, highly organised, exceptional attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience of cross functional auditing across a complex business setting
- The ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholder
- Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Strong attention to detail and deliver high quality
- A creative, resourceful and innovative approach with an eagerness to think outside the box
- Lead auditor qualifications and Accredited Return to work Coordinator desirable but not essential
