About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the deployment of new initiatives into the core foodservice solutions for the education business.
- Ensure optimization of business solutions while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with broader business objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Provide clear communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in foodservice operations or a related field, particularly within the education sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
