**About the Role**: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional cafe experience by preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our cafe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including taking orders and handling payments.
- Manage the till and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas.
- Assist with food preparation and serving as required.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient cafe operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility to work within cafe operating hours (Monday to Friday).
