**About the Role**
- Support and guide underwriting processes (including new business, renewals, and endorsements) with a focus on quality, care, and consistency.
- Nurture meaningful relationships within a dedicated portfolio, emphasizing trust and collaboration.
- Explore and grow business opportunities thoughtfully, prioritizing long-term relationships and the retention of valued clients.
- Contribute to team and divisional goals by aligning offerings in a way that promotes balance, mutual benefit, and sustainable growth.
- Stay attuned to market trends and shifts, sharing thoughtful insights and ideas that help shape strategy and respond to emerging needs.

- Skilled in operational underwriting, with experience navigating complex general insurance environments.
- Organized and dependable, with an ability to manage competing priorities while staying focused on shared goals.
- Proactive problem solver who learns quickly and seeks to fill knowledge gaps independently.
- Thoughtful and perceptive, with strong analytical skills that help you make sense of data and support informed, people-centered decisions.
