Casual Barista All Rounder

We’re currently seeking experienced, energetic, and well-presented casual barista all-rounder to join our incredible team at the Strathfield Golf Club, part of Fresh Collective's range of venues. The Kiosk is open 7 days a week, from 7am to 3pm and the Bistro for lunch and dinner daily.

**The Role**
- Join a team of waiters and baristas
- Deliver exceptional customer service to regular club members and guests in the Kiosk and Bistro
- Have a passion for delivering an excellent coffee product
- Keep your work area clean, well-stocked and well organised.
- Accurately take orders and payments for drinks and food
**Duties**
- Create high volume coffees to a consistently high quality
- Manage the barista station autonomously whilst working as part f a team
- Provide high-quality beverages
- Provide exceptional service to all customers
- Assisting in on-site functions and events
**Essential Requirements**
- An experienced barista - minimum 12 months’ experience
- Ideally experienced in latte art
- Ability to manage beverage stock - conduct stock take, ordering, rotation
- Basic food prep may be required
- Quick and efficient
- Well presented with a great work ethic
- In possession of valid Australian working rights
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months
- A current NSW RSA
