You will need to meet the following requirements:

- **At least 1 year **of **barista experience (ESSENTIAL) **to produce great coffee**.** If you don't have it, please do not apply.
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Experience in handling different types of grinder;
- Ability to work independently or as a team member;
- Passion to learn new skills; and
- All rounder skills to assist with busy lunch time.

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $55,712.50 per year
