YOUR ROLE
AM (5am - 3pm) shift, Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri
Base rate of $36.1732 / hour + 14.25% super
Role offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA, the details of which can be found at fwc.gov.au.
As a Storeperson (Team Leade) in our transport cross-dock at Hazelmere WA, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
**Specifically, you will**:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
Coach, support and develop team members
Undertake linehaul and container loading / unloading (general freight)
Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.

Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
LF (counterbalance) licence; experience with long-tyne forklifts preferred
