Bridge are currently seeking skilled Crane crew’s (Dogman and Tower Crane Operators) for upcoming opportunities in the commercial construction sector in Perth, WA.

**Skills You'll Need - Dogman**:

- Experience in dogman duties for tower cranes on commercial construction projects, including safe attachment and securement of loads to the crane's hook while ensuring proper weight distribution and stability.
- Ability to assess risks, make informed decisions, and implement necessary precautions to ensure the overall safety and well-being of the construction team.
- Proficiency in effective communication and signalling, utilizing hand signals and verbal communication protocols to coordinate movements between the crane operator and ground personnel.
- Capability to perform various labouring duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting the construction team's day-to-day tasks.

**Skills You'll Need - Tower Crane**:

- Proficient in controlling load capacities, hoisting and lowering materials, and accurately positioning loads at desired locations.
- Knowledgeable in relevant safety procedures, including proper rigging techniques, load calculations, and implementation of safety protocols to ensure team and site well-being.
- Strong ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate closely with signallers, ground personnel, and other team members.
- Capable of performing Dogman duties if required.

**Required Tickets/Licenses**:

- Whitecard
- High-risk licenses for Tower Crane (CT), Dogman (DG) and/or Rigging (RB, RI, RA)
- Working at Heights
- Proof of Australian working rights.
- Valid WA driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to and from sites.

**Desirable Tickets**:

- High-risk licenses for EWP, Self-Erector, Alimak (HP)
- WA Traffic Control License.
- Working in Confined Spaces certification.
