Are you passionate about eye care and ready to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team as a Specialist Account Manager in the Eye Care division on a fixed-term contract until 30 Nov 2025. You will be responsible for Brisbane and Northern QLD (including some travel to Cairns, Townsville, Bundaberg and Mackay).

You’ll play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and business objectives by implementing strategic plans with ophthalmologists and optometrists. Your efforts will contribute to both state and national goals.

Reporting to the National Business Manager, Eye Care, you will:

- Promote Eye Care Products: Use your technical and clinical knowledge to engage with ophthalmologists in clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Maximize the prescribing and recommendation of our CSL Seqirus Eye Care portfolio.
- Sales Achievement: Track and achieve sales targets, implement customer contact plans, and drive advocacy for our brands.
- Key Opinion Leader Engagement: Develop and engage with key opinion leaders, run promotional meetings, attend educational events, and participate in congresses.
- Optometry Sector Expertise: Use your understanding of the optometry retail sector to promote our products in optometry clinics. Identify business insights to grow your territory.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with optometrists to develop initiatives and provide better patient solutions. Identify business opportunities in both large corporate and independent optometry environments.
- Advocacy Building: Work with key opinion leaders to build clinical support and advocacy for our eye care portfolio.

Your Experience:

- Pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in the KAM/Eye Care Specialist arena
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Business (preferred but not essential)
- Proven sales success
- Current Australian Driver License and full COVID-19 vaccination status required
- Excellent product and disease state knowledge
- Experience communicating high-level clinical data
- Strong planning and organizational skills
