**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will see you leading and driving continual improvements and process solutions within Workforce and People Management. As the Service Delivery Manager, here is what you will be responsible for:

- Drive service delivery excellence through the implementation of Service & Operations Planning principles, ensuring the realisation of “right person at the right place at the right time” for all business service needs
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance on operational HR and WHS matters, including management of workers compensation claims, return to work protocols, recruitment, training & onboarding.
- Support the enhancement of the Support Worker journey through the evolution of best practice workforce scheduling and engagement practices, alignment with an engaging in-field experience for new field staff, including pre first shift communication, buddy shift support and first 30-day performance management
- Maintain and promote the ongoing management of a data rich environment, including ensuring the ‘single source of truth with alignment of data integrity through seamless integration across systems, such as from Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, CRM and other business wide systems
- Lead the management of internal employment compliance requirements, including pre-employment checks and post-employment expiries, probity assessments/maintenance and related activity
- Ensure alignment of participant/client care requirements with labour force planning and management
- Implement and manage Service Level Agreement and related Key Performance Indicators for the delivery of shared services platform outcomes in line with strategy
