**The Role**
We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our Director. This role is an in-person role based at Burwood office. You will be able to take control of all executive support and administrative tasks. You will be an extension of the Director's brand and take pride in everything that you do, including the work you deliver, your ability to engage with people instantly and your personal presentation.

This role will provide efficient and effective management and will provide a high level of administrative and delegated support. The role will be well organised, flexible, thorough and self-motivating, have the ability to work with mínimal supervision, exhibit expert levels of written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate continuous attention to detail. Working in a true partnership with the Director, that has a lighthearted and fun take on work, but is also a collaborative leader that will lean on your expertise and organisational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary support to the executive director
- Coordinate all travel, events and engagements
- Prepare, collate and coordinate period reports, board papers and correspondence
- Developing relationships with the key stakeholders in the business
- Assist in Business Development activities
- Lead & mentor the office coordinator
- Handle confidential information with discretion

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working with senior executive teams
- Highly organised with high attention to detail and forward planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working collaboratively as part of a cross functional team
- Organised and professional with an ability to perform several tasks simultaneously
- Completion of HSC or equivalent
