**What you’ll bring**
- Ideally you will have qualifications in Civil Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Previous exposure within the civil / infrastructure industry, however other industry applicants with suitable management experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare operational budgets, P&L's as well as the ability to interrogate financial information.
- A demonstrable understanding of driving an inclusive team culture coupled with a proactive approach to change management with the capacity to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and liaise with people at all levels, both internal and external, to maintain positive working relationships.
