- Creative thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- Strong communication and customer skills, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive heavy lifting
- An ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, late nights and 3 out of 4 weekends.

**Your responsibilities**

As a Sales Co-worker within Self Serve, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Supporting customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or location
- Working closely with the Logistics team to ensure the Self Serve warehouse is always well-stocked, tidy and presentable
- Condensing stock, including unloading pallets and cutting boxes open to restock appropriate products
- Supporting other Sales areas and within the business when required
- Be an IKEA Ambassador by understanding that you impact our customer’s experience by being able to offer solutions and answer questions that relate to their home furnishing needs.

With the Sales department leading the customer shopping experience, not only do we need to have extensive knowledge of the IKEA product range but we’re constantly finding new ways of making real connections with our customers to maximise sales and profitability within the IKEA Vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
