**Sandwich Hand / Console Operator**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic early starter who loves working with food, and providing excellent customer service to join us at our Goonellabah location.
- 4.30am-11am
- 3-4 shifts / week including a Sunday shift
- $33.99/hour weekday (Age 20+)
- $44.34/hour weekend (Age 20+)

**About You**
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen and customer focused role
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Manual dexterity and a good sense of taste
- Care in the presentation of prepared food
- Reliable and available to work early starts and Sundays

**Your Role - dual role. Kitchen work and serving customers**
- Complete all food prep (slicing vegetables / meats)
- Assemble the food menu (breakfast offer, rolls, wraps and baguettes)
- Display prepared food in display fridges/ovens
- Offer consistency and a high food standard
- Delight customers by providing an exceptional experience
- Receive and process payments for petrol, food, other goods
- Maintain food safety and hygiene practices when handling or preparing food
- Maintain a clean and tidy store (including forecourt), stock shelves and rotate stock
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to store standards

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
