**About the Role**: We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Family Day Care Coordinator/Educational Leader** to join our team on a part-time basis. This flexible role offers opportunities to work from home for certain tasks and provides a chance to make a meaningful impact on educators, children, and families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and mentor family day care educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Conduct regular visits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Create engaging presentations and training sessions for educators.
- Assist with compliance, policies, and documentation processes.
- Develop creative and innovative educational resources for educators and children.
- Write and review professional reports, plans, and communications to a high standard.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional reports and presentations.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a flair for developing engaging content.
- Proficient in using technology for presentations, documentation, and communication.
- Previous experience in a family day care or similar setting is preferred but not essential.
