FIXED TERM - 12 MONTHS

Unique role has become available within our Data and Planning team based in Sydney to cover an internal, promotional secondment, full time role for 12 months.

**More about this role**:
This role will be responsible for the analysis and validation of the data that needs to be completed for Menus, Cabin Crew and Tech Meals. Where required, this role will also validate completed data to ensure accuracy and will update any required data to meet Airlines Customer standards and timelines.

The role may also attend the menu presentations and workshops and be responsible for the production and maintenance of the packing and plating guides for new and upcoming menus for the Catering business and to assist Cabin Crew with plating meals.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Collate and distribute reports & data used by our ERP system to our Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Planning teams.
- Provide analysis, validation & creation of clear & concise instructions of the data change requirements for processing with Catering systems by dnata inhouse and 3rd party Business Process Services providers - including but not limited to:
Menus changes

Stowage changes

Flight Schedule Updates

Menu presentation outcomes
- Validate completed data and update data as required.
- Use & follow dnata internal data management processes & data storage protocols
- Attend Menu presentations and workshops as required.
- Create and provide the packing and plating guidelines to the Catering business and Cabin Crew, identify any process or system improvements vs current data processes
- Working with the Food & Menu Design Manager to identify any opportunities to improve workflow and communication with regards to menu planning
- Assist the Manager Data and Planning with assigned work and any ad hoc projects
