**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain an effective OSHC program for the service
- Monitor the quality of care and services provided the educators at the service
- Act as Nominated Supervisor of the service
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Liaise with the community / stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
- Support staff in providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children
- Manage financial resources allocated to the OSHC program
- Lead professional development initiatives for staff to ensure high quality service delivery is maintained at all times

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in the education and care space (ideally OSHC, but may be perfect for someone looking for a change from early childhood education too)
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated organisational, problem solving & decision making skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
