Hays are pleased to partner with an exceptional Injury and Disability Organisation based in Queensland, looking to find an ambitious Rehabilitation Consultant to join their Victoria Team. Renowned for its commitment and personalised care, with a client-centred approach and a commitment to delivering quality services. We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant with Work cover experience to join the team on a full time permanent bases.

**Your new role**

Reporting into the National Injury People Manager, you will;
- Deliver services to clients or achieve a return to work following workplace injury, illness or disability.
- Provide consultancy and undertake project work
- Counsel, negotiate and liaise as required with all key participants to achieve a return to suitable employment.
- Consult with the Agents, exempts, regulators, insurance companies, medical experts and employers to achieve the outcome goal

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications and skills
- Experience delivering occupational rehabilitation services
- Have knowledge of injury management principles and workers compensation legislation, policy and procedures
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
