Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Engineer to ensure our systems, applications, and infrastructure meet high-performance standards.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for applications and systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop performance test strategies and plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal configuration and deployment practices.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvements and capacity planning.
- Document test results, performance issues, and resolutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in performance engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
- Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Certifications in performance testing or cloud technologies.

Duration: 06 months and possible extension
