- Is driven by accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Is highly organized
- Has strong reconciliation skills
- Has previous cash handling experience
- Has bookkeeping skills (desirable)
- Has intermediate excel skills
- Is excited about taking ownership of the cash control function
- Remains calm and stable in their nature
- Has a genuine sense of humility and a willingness to help others
- Is confident to reconcile cash control components of the operation
- Will report thoroughly on all discrepancies and note steps taken to rectify
