**About the role**
As the Automation Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing an automation testing strategy to increase automation across Great Southern Bank’s Core Product & Workflow Platforms delivery teams.

- With a passion for mentoring team members, you drive the adoption of standards, best practices, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, providing support and reviewing code to promote a CI/CD culture.
- You are a confident communicator and enjoy proactively building relationships with technical and non-technical users.
- You have an ability to communicate complex technical issues in an articulate manner and in a tyle that is suitable for the audience.
