The Automotive Group (TAG) is an Australian owned company, with over 30 years in the Automotive industry, supplying high quality brands and service to Automotive service and repair outlets including over 500 Franchised Car Dealerships.

TAG is recognised as the leading supplier of Automotive products, with a dedicated long-term team, supporting their well-established clients.

The position available consists of a well developed client base, with room for expansion to increase your income.

Your day will be spent on the road maintaining existing business, networking and creating new business opportunities through Dealerships and Mechanical Workshops within the automotive sector in the Central Coast & Newcastle regions.

About you:

- A general understanding and/or interest in the Automotive sector. Or previous experience in a Service Workshop environment.
- A minimum 2-year commitment to learn from your peers and Managers, following proven techniques and systems to achieve the company's goals.
- Have the desire to personally succeed and forge lasting relationships with your clients.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Great communication skills and well presented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive service: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
