Customer Solutions Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your main role will be taking inbound calls from our existing customers and assisting them with a variety of call types. Your focus will be our customers
You will be working on a rotating roster of 12 weeks between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Although you will be working from home full time, you will occasionally need to attend the Richmond based office for a team meeting or additional training. Here you will see our state of the art, heritage listed building where you can make the most of the massage chairs and free coffee
