In this role, you will be accountable for supporting the Manager, Fraud Risk Policy to design and deliver the enterprise-wide Fraud Risk Policy framework along with the preparation for engagement with AUSTRAC to meet regulatory reporting requirements.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Design and maintenance of the Fraud Risk Policy Framework.
- Monitor and interpret Fraud Risk regulatory change and ensure all material changes of regulatory requirements are reflected in the Fraud Risk Policy Framework.
- Monitor and interpret financial crime events and developments both in Australia and globally and ensure they are reported to key stakeholders.
- Provide SME advice on the Fraud Risk to key stakeholders.
- Design and maintain enterprise-wide Fraud Risk obligations.
- Work as an effective team member, supporting peers and recognising the contributions of others to ensure the achievement of team goals.
- Demonstrate and provide professional and ethical behavior in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, preferably within financial services and with a focus on financial crime (preferably fraud risk).
- Strong knowledge of fraud risk, regulations, and regulatory expectations locally (and globally) relating to fraud risk.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, influencing and negotiating abilities, and time management.
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand broader business issues.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast moving and demanding environment.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
