**The Role**
The APS 4 - Product Delivery Officer role requires applicants that can work as part of a team contributing to an integrated service delivery culture in a contact centre environment. You will perform moderately complex customer service and administrative work under limited direction in accordance with policy, process and legislative frameworks. This includes telephony support as directed (taking calls) and an understanding of Service Delivery processes and competent use of associated systems.

The role requires a collaborative and innovative mindset and the ability to understand alternate perspectives impacting our staff and customers. You will be required to review data and information and escalate potential actions and resolutions and provide support, training and education to telephony operators. Additionally, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on current and emerging issues relating to efficient service delivery, will be a regular function of the role.

You will be agile in your thinking, proactive in engaging with your peer network and stakeholders as well as actively identifying opportunities to implement improvements to service delivery, meeting current needs whilst looking to the future.

We are looking for fulltime and part-time employees with a passion for customer service, who are enthusiastic and can work as part of a team. You will be required to have strong verbal, active listening and written communication skills. You will have the ability to problem solve, adapt to changes in work priorities including contributing to direct customer service during peak period (taking calls). Applicants must be able to demonstrate highly effective communication skills via phone and written correspondence and the ability to provide support to other service delivery staff at a variety of levels in multiple locations.
