We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Victoria, based from our Campbellfield branch.

Our Service Technicians work with their Coordinator to ensure our customers’ needs are met including regular maintenance visits, installs and breakdowns and that we always strive to exceed our customers’ expectations.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Technical/Trade background essential
- Drivers License required
- Experience in diagnosing errors or technical problems solving and determining time effective solutions
- Experienced in providing service and customer support
- Experienced in undertaking all on site installation, repair and maintenance activities, preferred.
- Have a customer first attitude
- Make on the job decisions
- Demonstrated ability to be a finisher and ensure that all tasks, quotes, issues have a resolution and be followed up in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently

**Salary**: $59,280.00 - $71,136.00 per year
