**About the role**:
This venue is a highly regarded winery on the Mornington Peninsula, located in Main Ridge, 1hr south of Melbourne city.

Our client's venue has retained their two-hat's and are a fine-dining restaurant.

We are looking for an experienced section waiter who is ready to establish themselves in the industry, help lead an engaging service, and support our team towards providing an unmatched guest experience.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Be a born leader who is passionate about hospitality, food, and wine.
- Have proven experience in high quality establishments
- Be confident in running a section and have a keen eye for service standards
- WSET Level 2 at a minimum, or other equivalent qualification/experience.
- Have a collaborative mentality and strong work-ethic
- Be available to work weekends with reliable transport
- Valid RSA and Food Safety

Fine Dining experience and knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula region is highly regarded and advantageous.
