**Who We’re Looking For**

We’re searching for a **Trainer + Movement Coach** proficient in both isolated machines and functional movement patterns. Someone comfortable coaching a variety of skill levels at the same time.

You’ll be providing clients with the **best hour of their day**, making training safe, motivating, and effective. This is a role for a coach who loves structure, thrives in a high-standard environment, and knows how to keep people moving well.

**Your Role**
- Delivers **premium coaching**, not counting reps
- Follows a **physio-written program** with precision and intent
- Adjusts movements confidently for injuries or daily issues
- Inspires clients through **energy, example, and leadership**:

- Is organised, professional, and holds themselves to high standards
- Deliver strength-forward coaching to semi-private groups and individuals
- Follow and uphold physio-written programs with **zero guesswork**:

- Motivate, inspire, and keep clients accountable in line with BD standards
- Adjust and adapt movements for any injuries or restrictions on the day
- Lead by example on the gym floor — positive energy and professional presence
- Variety of shift available between **6 am-7 pm**
