The **Major Client Group (MCG) serves**over 1,000 clients in the mid-market and **large corporate segments across Australia with revenue exceeding $150m and complex loans of $100m to $500m.**Our segment includes diversified industries across the Australian corporate landscape.

**Your impact**

You will be a key member of our team and support the Relationships Executives at a portfolio level, working side by side to undertake analysis and assess the risks or opportunities associated with new lending, as well as the risks or opportunities associated with increases in client credit and annual reviews. Working close to one portfolio, you will engender a greater understanding of your clients and have the ability to be frontline facing to support clients’ ongoing needs.

**What are we looking for?**

To be a success in this role you will have previous commercial credit experience as an Analyst, Associate, Assistant Manager, Senior Associate or Credit Manager. You’re well versed in writing credit submissions, undertaking covenant monitoring, and annual reviews within commercial, corporate or institutional banking. You may also be experienced in accounting working across corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Ideally you are no stranger to complex lending or organisational structures, diversified lending and ESG. Your strength lies in financial analysis and the ability to interpret balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flows, loan structures, and securities.
