**Do work that matters**

Here you’ll provide meaningful solutions together with the Director for an existing portfolio of high value property clients with complex banking needs across commercial and residential property investments / developments.

Supported by a team of Account Managers, Senior Associates and Associates, you'll use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move businesses forward and grow our client base.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Understand the specific needs and aims of our clients and use your relationships to help them realise new opportunities
- Support and maintain a portfolio of property clients and drive revenue from this portfolio
- Enhance customer satisfaction of the client managed accounts
- Be accountable with the Director for all client interactions, partner with Senior Associates & Associates and all CommBank teams to meet portfolio and new client needs
- Support the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio
- Provide Associates with the necessary information to write good quality credit submissions

**We’re interested in hearing from people who**:

- Have an understanding of Asian culture, along with language skills such as conversational Mandarin or a Chinese dialect (advantageous)
- Have demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high value Corporate / Institutional grade clients, more specifically operating within the large residential and commercial property development and property investment sectors
- Can use their wealth of business banking knowledge and strong commercial acumen to drive client acquisitions
- Are keen to combine their experience and expertise with our innovative technologies to deliver insights and find new solutions to old problems
