Established in 1997 - Network Nursing Agency specialises in supplying Registered Nurses to General Wards, Intensive Care Units, Mental Health, Theatres, Aged Care, and Palliative Care to Private and Public Hospital. We also offer Nurses, AINs, and Carers to Hospitals, Aged Care Homes and Private Clients in their homes. Network Nursing Agency is one of the largest suppliers of facilitators to Universities throughout Australia.

We are seeking an experienced customer service operator to join our friendly Allocations Team.

**Your responsibilities**
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and this role will be a casual weekend only role with shifts either 07:00-15:00 or 14:30-22:00.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking and directing inbound calls
- Contacting nurses and updating availabilities in the rostering system
- Entering and filling shifts through the rostering system

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in a fast paced position within a similar customer service setting and will possess the following:

- Have a strong work ethic and a professional phone manner
- Be a team player with a high level of availability and flexibility to work early, late and weekend shifts as required
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, nurses and clients
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Administration/Receptionist and/or Call Centre experience is desirable however not essential
