**About the role**:
**Duties include**:
- Process customer transactions.
- Resolve customer phone and online enquiries.
- Maintain the development tracking system.
- Maintain NAR (name & address register).
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum Certificate IV in a related field, plus 3 - 5 years relevant work experience essential.
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced customer focused service environment.
- Proven experience in the use of technology for service delivery.
- Experience in dealing with challenging customer interactions.
- Working knowledge of relevant development, records and privacy legislation.
- Experience with the NSW Planning Portal (desirable).

**Position details**:
Permanent part time role S0029, 21 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday;
**Salary**: From $41.96 per hour + Superannuation + Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + organisational bonus (up to $2K) + Aquatic and Fitness membership discounts.
