As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, your role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. - Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, hedging and watering
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas
- Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment

**About You**:

- Previous experience in landscaping or gardening
- White Card
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
