**Am I suited to being an Engagement Consultant with APM’s Lake Haven office?**

You will need to love networking, as you will be out and about building relationships with schools, NDIS Providers and other community services.

We welcome people from various backgrounds, including Community Services, Youth Support, Employment Services, and NDIS Providers. If you have already had some exposure to the NDIS and have a passion for sales and networking, this could be a great fir for you.

**The role**

This role focuses on building great relationships.

The Engagement Consultant role sits within our APM Futures team, a service that provides NDIS participants with highly individualised support to help create a future pathway to sustainable employment.

You will be to engaging with the community in the Lake Haven area and employers, sharing our story, and educating them on the services we provide. This is all with the purpose to attract NDIS Participants to APM Futures services. You will do this by establishing strong relationships with Schools, NDIS participants their families and carers and referring organisations within your local area. You will also have the opportunity to represent APM Futures at local expos and events and promote all campaigns generated by APM marketing.

**To be considered, you will have...**
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- have current First Aid and CPR
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- be able to pass a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- be able to pass and complete an NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
