**Job Description**:
Toll Group have vacancies for 2 x Operations Supervisor PM positions based at our shared facility with Coca Cola in Mentone. In this role you will oversee the routing operations and provide excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient movement of beverage products to multiple unique locations across the Melbourne Metro area, ensuring the safety of our drivers and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the State Manager VIC, these roles will work on a Monday - Friday basis 12pm - 8pm, with the opportunity to work the last two hours from home. As the Operations Supervisor - PM, you will:

- Manage day-to-day routing operations for Coca Cola, ensuring accurate and efficient distribution of products.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including drivers, warehouse staff, and management, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.
- Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and meet customer requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to address any deviations or inefficiencies.

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in the transport/logistics industry, with routing experience highly regarded.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask in order to drive great outcomes for the business.
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
