**THE COMPANY**

Australian owned and operated since 1985, this company is in the packaging industry specialising in premium printing packaging in Mentone. They have some very well known and large retail brands/franchises across Australia who they partner with and going through an exciting stage of growth currently

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Operations Manager. Maintain high standards of warehouse operations. Supervising and coordinating a warehouse team. You will help in maintaining an efficiently run warehouse in regards to stock management, warehouse tidiness and customer service.
- Management / Supervision of a current warehouse team of 10 which will grow as the business grows
- Supervision of Order Picking/Packing, ensuring all sales orders are put together and despatched in line with HACCP requirements.
- Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety requirements and Company Policies are adhered to
- Stock and Inventory Control - Conduct monthly cycle counts
- Recieing inventory matching PO's and processing inventory queries entering into PRONTO
- Pallet control - Conduct monthly cycle counts on Chep and Loscam pallets
- Transport Route planning as required

- Warehouse supervisory experience
- **Current Forklift Licence essential**:

- **Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP Systems)**:

- Good numeracy skills

- Desire to achieve outstanding results through continuous improvement.
