At Churches of Christ, we are looking for an energetic and creative** Lifestyle Assistant**to join our team at** Little Mountain Aged Care Service.**This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to uplift, entertain, and bring happiness to the wonderful residents in our care.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Assisting in planning and leading fun and interactive leisure and recreation programs.
- Encouraging residents to participate and enjoy activities that suit their interests and abilities.
- Being a friendly and supportive presence, helping residents feel valued and engaged.
- Ensuring activities run smoothly and keeping track of resident participation and feedback.

**What We're Looking For**
- A warm and friendly personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
- A creative spark—someone who can bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to activities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong connections with residents.
- Experience in aged care, community services, or similar is desirable.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or similar.
- Current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificates are desirable.
- Current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check - or the ability to acquire.

**Employee Benefits**:
As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a. of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated. Up to $15,900 p.a. on everyday expenses (such as mortgage payments, rent, groceries, bills and insurance) plus up to $2,649 p.a. on meal/entertainment benefits.

**The Salary range for this position is currently $31 to $32 per hour. Hourly rate based on experience.**
