**Your Role as a Store Manager**:
As a pivotal member of the Retail Management team, you'll oversee all facets of the store. Reporting to the State Manager, you'll be entrusted with ensuring operational excellence, meeting sales targets, driving financial growth, and delivering top-tier customer service.

**Your duties include**:

- Exhibiting exceptional leadership qualities.
- Overseeing operational activities such as rostering, stock management, reporting, visual merchandising, recruitment, training and coaching.
- Proactively driving sales and KPI achievement.
- Fostering a culture aligned with Nine West values.
- Managing inventory levels, conduct regulars stock checks, and coordinate restocking activities.
- Training and coaching the team on effective sales techniques and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards throughout the store.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
