**The Role**:

- Managing a team of up to 10-20
- Achieving sales and KPI targets
- Conducting performance reviews and developing your teams individual skillset
- Manage **high stock operation** and ensure store visual standards are adhered to
- Salary package of** $69,000 + bonus + product discount**:
