Job Title: Disability Support Worker

Shifts:

- 1800 - 2200 followed by an inactive overnight rate of $180

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to clients, assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with clients and families to create personalized support plans.
- Foster a supportive environment, promoting independence and social engagement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Check is ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in disability support or related fields preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach to caregiving.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Certificate in Disability Support or equivalent.
- Understanding of NDIS principles.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
- SARA Steady Training is a MUST

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
