**Primary Role**
- Assisted with customer enquiries, including quotes, estimates, equipment, transport, and labour scheduling.
- Be the senior person of Project Leads to ensure Customer/Contract requirements are met.
- Arrange, coordinate, and monitor all site requirements per quotes and budgets.
- Effectively coordinate all site-based requirements in consultation with the administration, Recruitment team and supervisors.
- Develop, implement, and steward site-specific KPIs.
- Facilitate and assure Improvement Plans and actions.
- Contribute to the completion of bids and proposals, including site visits and customer interface.
- Identify and implement best practices in all areas of Project Delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits for customer interaction and auditing.
- Provide governance and leadership of the Project Delivery WHS, Risk and Quality programs, and
- Provide access to training, mentoring and personal development of members of the Project Delivery teams.
- Blast and Paintwork pack vetting and managing paint schedule.

**Secondary role (when business needs require)**:

- Provide coverage and support where needed on-site during shutdowns and when Site Leads are not available as a Level 3 or supervisor.
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new personnel as part of the SMS recruitment vetting system.
- Assist with data gathering and essential incident investigation on site.
- Identify possible additional revenue streams during site visits.
- Assist with VOCs when required.
