Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is eager to recruit a Program Manager to work in our dynamic, growing and supportive team, to help us deliver exceptional care to our community.

**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As the Program Manager, Researcher for the Care-D project (Care - Dementia), you will be responsible for the project and research coordination of the service. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality care to patients while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- collaborate with healthcare professionals, stakeholders and community partners to identify and address service delivery gaps
- implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
- provide leadership, guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service, specifically:

- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification, usually in human movements, inclusive of the exercise physiology elective and eligible for accreditation from Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for Association membership with Audiology Australia.
