**Responsibilities**
- Social media marketing lead for Australia across Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Instagram etc.
- Responsible for growing follower base and engagement rate of our clients Australian social media channels
- Create fun and engaging content, working with the design team to bring them to life
- Develop content calendar to drive awareness of the brand
- Monthly reporting on effectiveness of social media activity - using industry trends to identify the gaps and type of campaigns that would be suitable for each platform.
- Inspire and educate the Australian marketing team on social media trends, developing relationships with platforms like Facebook, TikTok etc
- Work closely with our clients internal influencer and paid media teams to cross collaborate on content strategy
- Manage a budget, providing accurate ROI forecasting and appropriate investments.

**Skills**
- Minimum 2+ years working experience in social media marketing
- A genuine passion for all forms of social media, familiar with industry trends etc
- Demonstrated experience in creating content and managing business social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and TikTok (Little Red Book, WeChat advantageous).
- Strong experience in monitoring and managing the backend system of each of these social media platforms.
- Solid analytical skills, familiar with excel etc
- Strong presenting and negotiating skills
