**About the role**

As an Intellectual Property Law Partner, you will spearhead our firm's efforts in protecting, managing, and leveraging the intellectual property (IP) assets of our clients. This role is pivotal in navigating the complex intersection of law, technology, and business, providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions to safeguard intellectual property rights. Your expertise will play a critical role in advising clients from diverse sectors, including technology, entertainment, and manufacturing, on IP strategy, litigation, and commercialisation.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated expertise in intellectual property law, with at least 10 years of experience in a leading law firm or corporate legal department.
- Deep understanding of the legal and commercial aspects of intellectual property, including international IP law.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing legal talent.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex legal concepts to a diverse audience.
