Cliftons in Canberra is seeking well-rounded hospitality stars to join our events delivery team on a casual basis.
**Your general responsibilities will include**:

- being the first point of contact to greet daily meet and greet with course instructors and delegates
- assisting with administration requests (eg. printing and course materials)
- ensuring the event rooms and client spaces are clean and highly presentable
- setting up and/or packing down the event rooms
- assisting the in-house Chef with food preparation and cleaning, as well as helping out the front of house F&B team as required (RSA is needed when working our functions)

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- a valid RSA and/or Food Safety Certificate
- some experience in hospitality, venues or events management
- plenty of energy and physical fitness - moving and carrying furniture to set up rooms
- excellent verbal communication skills and customer service ethic
- strong attention to detail and being able to remain calm under pressure

These are casual roles and hours are based on a roster. Flexible availability is key as coverage for evening and occasional weekend shifts may also be required.
