We have an exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our HR team. We are looking for someone with a resilient personality, who understands road transport warehouse equipment, the operational impact driver availability and suitability has on the business and the issues associated recruiting within the logistics industry.

**To be successful will have the following experience**:
This role will suit someone who has been involved within transport & or warehouse internal / onsite recruitment of blue-collar positions in a high paced environment. You'll thrive on dealing with all types of Operators HR to MC Linehaul drivers and warehouse personnel and possess:

- A solid understanding of Transport industry requirements and equipment.
- Experienced in recruiting Truck Drivers HR / HC / MC
- Experienced in recruiting warehouse personnel - Pick Packers / Loaders, Forklift Operators (yard, warehouse reach operators).
- Strong social media understanding and advertising experience
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
- Good time management, organisational and coordinating skills as no day is the same.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels - Drivers, Forkies through to Senior Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
