Here’s the deal
We’re looking for a driven and Tickets & Premium Experience Coordinator to join our Broadcast & Commercial team. In this 5-month contract role, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service you will assist the team by provide general support, as required for International and W/BBL matches.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Ticketing Operations, you will be responsible for responding to inbound Premium Experience and Ticket enquiries, as well as upholding best practice for customer data and records in the CRM.

About the role
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Sales & Delivery Activities
- Respond to inbound Premium Experience and Ticket enquiries.
- Maintain required best practice standard for customer data and records in the CRM.
- Process Premium Experience and Ticket bookings including invoicing, ticket fulfillment
- Assist with allocation monitoring, ensuring holds for events are accurate at all times
Exceptional Customer Service
- Drive and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
- Customer service standards delivered at all times.
- Strong understanding of all venues and product offerings to assist customers.
Sales Reporting
- Assist with regular sales and financial reporting as required.
Administration
- Provide general administration across the team
Event & Match Support
- Provide support on event days as required
About you
**You’ll have**:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, business development and/or account management.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service outcomes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- CRM and database management experience.
- Excellent time management skills, plus strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as being a team player who likes to work collaboratively.
- Flexible and able to work outside normal office hours when required.
- Familiarity with ticketing software (Ticketek Aspect, PCi/TM Host &/or TM Arctics) is desirable.
