What your day will look like....
As the Director of Nursing/Facility Manager, you'll lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and culturally competent care. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and evaluate health services, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
