What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join the team located in Willawong QLD. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for providing support in line with the business expectations to both the operation and compliance teams. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Monday to Friday starting between 8-9am. Key areas:

- Communicate with drivers and other 3rd parties to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to manifests, delivery schedules and compliance.
- Track loads end to end including prior to the timeslot, whilst the driver is on site, and confirming that the dispatch or delivery has been completed.
- Develop and maintain strong lines of open communication with all stakeholders to ensure the intermodal operations can serve the customers effectively.

Are you the one?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
- Excellent time management and planning skills will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective advice and solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels both internally and externally.
- Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
