**Introduction**: ConsMin is privately owned and operated, and produces some of the world’s highest grade manganese ore and is considered a world leader in manganese mining. Our ConsMin Australian operation (Woodie Woodie) is based in the WA Pilbara, 407kms south-east of Port Hedland. Enjoy a short two-hour flight direct to our well-equipped camp and mining operation - only a five-minute drive from Woodie airport. **Description**: **To be successful in this role, you will possess**: - Minimum 1+ Year experience in a blast crew role - Blasting Electronics experience advantageous - Current Dangerous Goods Security Card - Shot Firer License advantageous - Knowledge of explosives and blasting techniques - Strong communication skills - Have a "Can Do" attitude to team and safety - Current WA drivers' license, right to work and NPC ( within 6 months of Issue) **What we will Offer You**: - Full time positions available on 7/7 roster, excellent rates -secure a perm position with leave entitlements - Build your super, paid on Annualized rate - On the anniversary of your birthday each year one extra day of annual leave is added to your entitlement - Equal time roster has a shared permanent room, with land line phone connection to National Mobile and land line numbers free of charge. - Great camp facilities with modern gyms, pool, Tennis and basketball court as well as sports field. - Leadership are industry experts - Career development - ongoing training and development ConsMin seek to recruit individuals who are aligned with our core Values of Dedication, Teamwork, Simplicity, Excellence and Innovation.
